Heaviside Group Legacy SMS Forwarding Consent

This page documents the opt-in process for authorized Heaviside Group operators who receive low-volume operational SMS forwards from Heaviside-owned legacy business phone numbers. SMS forwarding is optional and is not required for any customer, vendor, service, sale, or transaction.

Who may enroll

Enrollment is limited to authorized internal Heaviside Group operators who manage account access, support, client/vendor communications, or business continuity for Heaviside-owned phone numbers. Operators who do not enroll continue using normal Heaviside channels such as phone, email, CRM, and internal chat.

Message purpose

Messages are operational forwards of inbound SMS sent to existing Heaviside-owned business numbers. They are not marketing, promotional, or bulk messaging.

Enrollment request

Authorized operators may opt in by submitting the enrollment form on this page and checking the SMS consent box. The form can also be submitted without SMS consent to request non-SMS handling or admin review. The administrator verifies that the requester is an authorized internal operator before adding any mobile number to the forwarding list.

Consent disclosure

Checking the SMS consent box is optional. If you check it and provide your mobile number for legacy SMS forwarding, you agree to receive low-volume operational text messages from Heaviside Group related to account access, support, client/vendor communications, and business continuity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Operator request form

SMS consent is optional. You may submit this form without checking the SMS box; in that case, Heaviside will handle the legacy number through non-SMS channels.

Operators may request removal from forwarding at any time by replying STOP or by asking the Heaviside administrator to remove their number from the forwarding list. Declining SMS consent does not prevent the operator from managing the legacy number through phone, email, CRM, or internal chat.
