We are divided into four teams, each with expert specialists: web design and development, search engine optimization, digital marketing, and operations. The operations team is responsible for project management, sales, and customer service. The project teams handle the technical parts of the work.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team.

This is a remote/work-from-home position.

This role is primarily responsible for building, managing, and optimizing both Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. It is also responsible for helping answer inbound sales questions and assessing potential projects, as well as having scheduled calls with current clients to discuss project details and/or performance.

For Facebook Ads, responsibilities can include:

-Creating new Facebook Ads campaigns with targeting, retargeting funnels, ad copy & stock images
-Knowledge of how to use lead ads, traffic ads, and conversion ads
-Creating audiences based on interests, demographics, behaviors, website activity, and social engagement
-Writing short headlines & body copy for the ads (mostly handled by in-house writer, but may be asked to do it)
-Optimizing accounts on a weekly basis to get the best cost per conversion or click and updating the client on current metrics
-Troubleshooting campaigns that are not working well due to bad targeting or bad creative

For Google Ads, responsibilities can include:

-Full campaign setup
-Performing keyword research
-Creating ad group themes (SKAGs)
-Creating ad extensions
-Writing ad copy
-Split testing ads
-Search query reports reviewing
-Negative keywords
-Adjusting settings & bidding options

For both:

-Helping answer client questions about the ad campaigns via email
-Review training materials to constantly improve and build your skillset
-Track your time via our time tracking software

We will only consider those who have worked on Google Ads or Facebook Ads campaigns. If you have not created and managed campaigns on either platform, your application will be rejected.
