Outbound Sales Representative

Do you have a few years of experience in inside sales and are looking for the next step, and/or a fully remote position?

We are looking for an outbound sales representative to join the team.

About The Role

This is a remote/work-from-home position. It could be part-time role to start, 20-25 hours per week, but is preferably a full-time role.

This role is responsible for making outbound phone calls to a given list of leads using our call-center-type browser software, to set up phone call appointments for our sales team.

Duties include:

• Making 200+ outbound calls per day using our dialer
• Set 5+ appointments per day using our script
• Record and report on the results of your calls in the CRM

The compensation is a mix of a base hourly rate of $15 plus commission for set appointments and bonus pay for hitting goals. Target compensation for the role is around $40,000-$50,000 per year.

Requirements

• You have at least one year of experience setting appointments with cold prospects by making outbound calls.
• Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day is REQUIRED.
• Experience making 200+ calls per day is preferred.
• Digital Marketing/Web/SEO Agency experience a plus.
